Corporate Challenge and Team Bonding

We at REAL Fun have developed a philosophy of 'Learning Through Play' to enhance all the programs we deliver. We utilise a lot of the material introduced by Project Adventure in the USA, as well as developing some additional material ourselves. We believe the very fact of sharing experiences in the outdoors leads to a more productive workforce.

Below are some options specifically tailored for team bonding activities for the corporate market. Or you may choose from any of our other adventure experiences listed on this site.

Benefits you gain from an outdoor related teambuilding activity:

  • Improved concentration through exercise.
  • Team building through shared experiences.
  • Verbal interaction and ideas sharing over a relaxing afternoon tea.

Option 1: Lake Burley Griffin and Black Mountain Corporate Challenge.

Session length: 3 – 4 hours. Grade: Moderate to easy

Each team of 5-8 members will undertake a challenge. Given a list of clues, a map and a camera to record their success. Each team must navigate around the shores of Lake Burley Griffin. Teams will be given extra points for showing initiative, being creative and helping out teams who may need assistance. The focus can either be as competitive in a serious or fun sense, or as non competitive as you wish.

Quality mountain bikes as well as all specialised safety equipment will be provided for each team to assist in completing the activity.

During the activity morning or afternoon tea will be served.

For small groups of 8 -15 a kayak leg can be included to conclude the activity. An additional charge of $15 per head applies.

Your investment is only $95 per person.

Option 2: Springbank Island Teambuilding Experience

Session length: 3 – 4 hours. Grade: Easy

Starting at the National Museum each group has to make their way to the Spring Bank Island, using inflatable 8 person rafts.

Once each group achieves the island they will be faced with a series of problems and challenges to save the world. Each group will need to build a strategy to achieve the final goal.   Teams will be given extra points for showing initiative, being creative and helping out teams who may need assistance.   The focus can either be as competitive in a serious or fun sense, or as non competitive as you wish.

On the completion of their task each group will be able to enjoy a leisurely afternoon tea before returning to the hotel.

Your investment is only $110 per person.
